1. Professional Disclosure & Scope of Services
Marie O’Neill is an MBA-educated professional guide, published author, and trauma-informed coach currently pursuing her ICF PCC credential. Padma Life Coaching provides a bridge between corporate/academic expertise and spiritual healing through Life Coaching, Ancestral Blueprint (Astrology), Past Life Regression, and Healing Retreats.
- Coaching vs. Therapy: Coaching is a collaborative process for personal/professional development. It is not a substitute for licensed mental health therapy or medical advice.
- Spiritual Services: Services such as Astrology and Past Life Regression are provided for self-reflective, educational, and spiritual purposes.
2. Ethical Integrity & Platform Compliance (Non-Circumvention)
Padma Life Coaching operates with the highest professional ethics and honors the integrity of our partner platforms.
- Vetting Policy: We do not accept private coaching applications or payments from individuals who first connected with Marie O’Neill through a third-party coaching platform (e.g., Strawberry.me) to ensure full compliance with professional and contractual non-circumvention agreements.
- Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to decline any application that represents a professional conflict of interest or a breach of existing contractual boundaries.
3. Investment & Cancellation Policy
Signature Journeys ($3,500): Due to the intensive nature of the 6-month Signature Journey and the limited number of openings (4 per quarter), all payments are non-refundable.
Support Tiers ($170 / $450): Single sessions and 3-packs require a 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Missed sessions without notice are forfeited.
4. Recording, AI, and Confidentiality Policy
We honor the ICF Code of Ethics regarding client confidentiality. Our recording and AI-summarization policies vary by service to ensure your maximum comfort and privacy:
- 4a. Astrology Readings: For your benefit, Ancestral Blueprint (Astrology) sessions are recorded. A secure link to the recording via Dropbox will be sent to the client within 24 hours. We store these recordings for a period of six (6) months for client download access, after which they are permanently deleted from our servers.
- 4b. Life Coaching Sessions: Coaching sessions are not audio- or video-recorded. However, we utilize secure, AI-assisted tools (such as Zoom AI Companion) to generate text summaries for internal record-keeping and to craft your professional follow-up messages.
- 4c. Past Life Regression: Past Life Regression sessions are strictly confidential and are never audio- or video recorded. We utilize secure AI-summarization for text-based follow-up notes only.
- 4d. Data Protection: Your session data is used exclusively for your personal service. We do not sell, share, or allow your session data to be used for external AI model training. Clients may opt-out of AI-summarization at any time upon request.
5. Intellectual Property
“The Padma Method,” “The Ancestral Blueprint,” “The Life Renewal Roadmap,” and all associated nature-based grounding sequences and course materials are the exclusive property of Padma Life Coaching and Marie O’Neill.
